- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Wash the cranberries thoroughly.
- In a blender, combine cranberries, apples, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Serve chilled over ice.
