Instructions

  4. Stir in orange juice and zest.
  5. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the cranberries.
  8. Pour batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
