Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Add shredded coconut and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and top with additional shredded coconut if desired.
Notes
- Use unsweetened coconut milk for less sweetness.
