Description
Delicious dark chocolate truffles with a hint of sea salt.
Ingredients

- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
- Sea salt, for topping
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and sea salt, mixing well.
- Refrigerate mixture for 2 hours, or until firm.
- Use a scoop to form small balls of the chocolate mixture.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top of each truffle.
- Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Allow truffles to come to room temperature before serving for better flavor.
