Ingredients

- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes.
- Drain dates and place in a food processor.
- Add walnuts, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Process until smooth and well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll the truffles in additional cocoa powder if desired.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
