A refreshing and healthy detox cucumber smoothie.
Ingredients

- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and chop the cucumber.
- Core and chop the apple.
- Juice the lemon.
- In a blender, combine cucumber, spinach, apple, lemon juice, and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add honey if desired and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use cold water for a chilled smoothie.
- Add ice cubes for a thicker texture.
- Experiment with other greens like kale.
