Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the cucumber.
  2. Core and chop the apple.
  3. Juice the lemon.
  4. In a blender, combine cucumber, spinach, apple, lemon juice, and water.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Add honey if desired and blend again.
  7. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
