A refreshing detox water infused with berries and lemon.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 8 cups water
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the berries thoroughly.
- Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
- In a large pitcher, combine the berries and lemon slices.
- Add the water to the pitcher.
- Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled, adding mint leaves if desired.

- You can use frozen berries for convenience.
- Adjust the amount of lemon for desired tartness.
