Instructions

  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture alternately with milk.
  6. Stir in the Earl Grey tea leaves.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
