Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar. Add softened butter and combine.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Pour the mixture over the baked crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
