Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and mix well.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Stir in eggnog, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  8. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until set.
  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best results.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
