Description
Rich chocolate truffles infused with eggnog flavor.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup nutmeg, for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add eggnog and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Chill the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls for another 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, then place back on the baking sheet.
- Dust with nutmeg before the chocolate sets.
Notes
- Store truffles in the refrigerator.
- Use white chocolate for a different flavor.
- Adjust eggnog quantity for stronger flavor.
