Description
A refreshing detox tea made with fennel and lemon.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add fennel seeds and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the tea into a cup.
- Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
- Stir well and enjoy hot or chilled.

- Use fresh lemon for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
