Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in the salted caramel sauce and sea salt.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours until firm.
  5. Use a melon baller or spoon to scoop out truffles and roll them into balls.
  6. Roll each truffle in cocoa powder to coat.
  7. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, use milk chocolate instead of dark.
