A delicious fruit pizza topped with creamy frosting.
Ingredients

- 1 pre-made sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the sugar cookie dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the cookie base to cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie base.
- Arrange the fresh fruit on top of the frosting.
- Slice and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
