Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the sugar cookie dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Allow the cookie base to cool completely.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie base.
  7. Arrange the fresh fruit on top of the frosting.
  8. Slice and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
