Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed gingerbread cookies, cream cheese, powdered sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
  6. Dip each truffle into the chocolate mixture and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
