Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed gingerbread cookies, cream cheese, powdered sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
- Dip each truffle into the chocolate mixture and place back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can be topped with crushed nuts or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
