- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup whole almonds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Press a whole almond into the center of each ball.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle in melted chocolate.
- Place dipped truffles on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set.

- These truffles can be rolled in coconut for extra flavor.
