Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Fill a muffin tin with batter, about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Can substitute dairy milk with almond milk for a dairy-free option.
- Feel free to add nuts for extra crunch.
