Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix gluten free flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined.
  5. Fold in blueberries if using.
  6. Pour the batter into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
