Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, mixed berries, banana, and almond milk.
- Add honey if desired.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

- Use frozen berries for a thicker smoothie.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
