Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, honey, milk, and egg.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  6. Pour the batter into a muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
