Description
Refreshing hibiscus iced tea with a tangy flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
- Add hibiscus flowers and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
- Add remaining 4 cups of cold water.
- Stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Add lemon slices and chill in the refrigerator.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness as desired.
- Can be served with mint leaves for added flavor.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
