Delicious homemade chocolate chip muffins that are easy to make.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add in the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Line a muffin tin with liners and fill each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store muffins in an airtight container.
- They can be frozen for later use.
- Feel free to add nuts or other flavors.
