A soothing drink made with honey, lemon, and ginger.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Add the grated ginger and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the ginger and pour the tea into a cup.
- Add honey and lemon juice to taste.
- Stir well and enjoy hot.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use fresh ginger for the best flavor.
- This tea can be enjoyed cold as well.
