A refreshing fall beverage that combines espresso, pumpkin, and warm spices.
Ingredients

- 2 shots of espresso
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Brew two shots of espresso.
- In a shaker, combine milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the espresso.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less syrup.
- Use oat milk for a dairy-free version.
- Store leftover pumpkin puree in the fridge for up to a week.
