Delicious chocolate truffles infused with Kahlua coffee.
Ingredients

- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a minute.
- Stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Add Kahlua and mix well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours until firm.
- Use a scoop to form truffles and roll them in cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
- Chill again before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Allow truffles to come to room temperature before serving for better flavor.
