  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • 1/4 cup whole almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, almond butter, and powdered erythritol.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips and spread over the coconut layer.
  5. Sprinkle whole almonds on top of the chocolate.
  6. Chill in the fridge until set, then cut into bars.
