- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
- 1/4 cup whole almonds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, almond butter, and powdered erythritol.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and spread over the coconut layer.
- Sprinkle whole almonds on top of the chocolate.
- Chill in the fridge until set, then cut into bars.

- Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Feel free to adjust sweetness to your liking.
