Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop out a little flesh from each half to make room for the egg.
- Place the avocado halves in a baking dish.
- Crack an egg into each avocado half.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- If using, sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
