Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Sesame seeds or poppy seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave or on the stove.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted cheese with egg, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into bagels.
  6. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
