Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg for egg wash
- Sesame seeds or poppy seeds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave or on the stove.
- In a bowl, combine melted cheese with egg, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into bagels.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can freeze for later use.
