- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon erythritol or your preferred sweetener
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, bacon, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
- In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, erythritol, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
