Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis to create zoodles.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken fillets and cook until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove chicken and slice it.
  6. In the same pan, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Add zoodles to the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add sliced chicken back to the pan and mix well.
  10. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
