- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- You can add herbs like basil or oregano for extra flavor.
