Instructions

  2. Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.

  4. Mix melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture.
  5. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
  7. Pour into greased ramekins.
