Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup erythritol
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional for chocolate flavor)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, almond milk, erythritol, and vanilla extract.
- If making chocolate ice cream, add cocoa powder and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker texture, churn longer.
- Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
