Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp erythritol sweetener

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, and salt.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together pecans, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
  6. Pour the pecan mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
