- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp erythritol sweetener
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, and salt.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- In another bowl, whisk together pecans, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour the pecan mixture over the crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served chilled or at room temperature.
