Instructions

  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine brewed coffee and almond milk.
  5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, then layer them in cups.
  6. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Sprinkle cocoa powder over the mascarpone layer.
  8. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
