Keto Turtles are a delicious low-carb treat made with pecans, caramel, and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add erythritol. Stir until dissolved.
- Add heavy cream to the saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- On a parchment-lined tray, form clusters of pecans.
- Pour caramel over the pecan clusters.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the clusters.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
