Description

Keto Turtles are a delicious low-carb treat made with pecans, caramel, and chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and add erythritol. Stir until dissolved.
  4. Add heavy cream to the saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. On a parchment-lined tray, form clusters of pecans.
  7. Pour caramel over the pecan clusters.
  8. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the clusters.
  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
