Description
A refreshing drink made with lavender and lemon.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender
- Ice cubes
- Slices of lemon for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add dried lavender to the saucepan. Let it steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher.
- Add lemon juice and remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher. Stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
- Use fresh lavender for a stronger flavor.
- Store leftover syrup in the refrigerator.
