Description

A refreshing drink made with lavender and lemon.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender
  • Ice cubes
  • Slices of lemon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add dried lavender to the saucepan. Let it steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher.
  4. Add lemon juice and remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher. Stir well.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
  • Use fresh lavender for a stronger flavor.
  • Store leftover syrup in the refrigerator.
