Description

Lemon Cake Truffles are bite-sized treats made from lemon cake and coated in white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon cake, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crumbled lemon cake and cream cheese until combined.
  2. Add lemon zest and lemon juice, mixing well.
  3. Form small balls from the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each chilled ball in the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
