- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
- Place truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
