Ingredients

- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 grilled chicken fillet, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup low-sugar Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
- Grill the chicken fillet and slice it.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle the low-sugar Caesar dressing and olive oil over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Add croutons and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
