Description

Mango Coconut Truffles are a sweet and tropical treat made with fresh mango and shredded coconut.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mango puree
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mango puree, shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add crushed graham crackers to the mixture and combine well.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, form small balls with the mixture.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and coat evenly.
  7. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and let them set.
  8. Refrigerate until firm.
