Mango Coconut Truffles are a sweet and tropical treat made with fresh mango and shredded coconut.

- 1 cup fresh mango puree
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mango puree, shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add crushed graham crackers to the mixture and combine well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, form small balls with the mixture.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and coat evenly.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and let them set.
- Refrigerate until firm.
Notes
- Use ripe mango for best flavor.
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with extra shredded coconut if desired.
