Description
Mango sorbet is a refreshing frozen dessert made from ripe mangoes.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Let cool.
- Puree diced mangoes in a blender.
- Add lime juice and cooled sugar syrup to the mango puree. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 4 hours, stirring every hour.
- Once frozen, scoop and serve in bowls.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the mangoes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
