A warm and comforting drink combining the flavors of chai and maple.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1 tablespoon chai spice mix
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.
  2. Add the tea bags and chai spice mix. Let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the latte into a mug and top with whipped cream if desired.
  5. Sprinkle additional chai spice on top for garnish.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Using a frother can create a creamier texture.
