- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (keto-friendly)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour mixture into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before removing from tins.
