- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, matcha powder, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then let cool.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bites.
