Delicious matcha green tea truffles with a rich chocolate flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate chips.
- Stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Add matcha powder and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour until firm.
- Use a melon baller to scoop the mixture and roll into balls.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Adjust matcha quantity to taste.
- Can substitute dark chocolate with white chocolate for a different flavor.
