Ingredients

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine almond milk, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the diced apple.
  6. Pour the batter into a mini muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let them cool before serving.
