Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar.
  2. Whip until soft peaks form.
  3. Dip ladyfingers briefly in cooled coffee.
  4. Layer dipped ladyfingers in cups.
  5. Add a layer of mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat layers until cups are filled.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder on top.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
