- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Mix cooled coffee and sugar into melted chocolate.
- Combine chocolate mixture with whipped cream.
- Gently fold in the egg whites.
- Pour into cups and chill for 2 hours.
