Description
Delicious molten chocolate lava cupcakes with a gooey center.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Melt chocolate and butter together in a bowl.
- Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and egg yolks, then mix in vanilla.
- Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into muffin cups, filling halfway.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm.
- Let cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream.

- Do not overbake for a molten center.
