Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Grease muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter together in a bowl.
  4. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and egg yolks, then mix in vanilla.
  6. Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into muffin cups, filling halfway.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm.
  9. Let cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates.
